Creative Problem Solving

The introduction weekend on Creative Problem Solving is theory-rich, while still so practical and down to earth that even as early as on day one I have set out actions that I expect to have a tremendous impact on the way we currently address problems.

Creative Problem Solving is fundamental to our work. CPS programs are an excellent way to get a handle on difficult problems in your organisation. We also run training programs to transfer these skills to your team.

There are normally 6 stages to the process:

Research

Context mapping

Problem investigation

Focus identification

Ideation workshops

Design and priorities
